01Profile

I build things end to end.

Five years of writing Python, across freelance, contract and founder work. These days that means AI systems, automation, and training the models themselves.

5+: Years of Python
1.5k: Learners on Skillneta
300+: Problems solved at A2SV

PySQLEngine

A SQL database in pure Python. Parser, optimizer, indexes, all of it written by hand.

B+Tree indexes / MVCC / WAL recovery

Skillneta

One codebase, five tenants, 1,500 learners. I built it and ran it as a founder.

Transit Delays

15,000 messy transit records, cleaned up and turned into a dashboard of which routes run late, and when.

What I do

Hiring an AI Engineer?

2026 — Now
AfterQueryAI Trainer, RLHF
RLHF, SWE-Bench and Terminal-Bench style tasks, and long-horizon work for coding agents.
2026
TuringAI Engineer, Code Evaluation
Ran five Python services and cut their response times in half. Reviewed 500+ code samples.
2025 — 26
ReveloAI Trainer, RLHF
RLHF and code evaluation for Python and TypeScript models.
2024 — 25
A2SVEngineering Fellow
300+ algorithm problems, and a lot of code review with peers.
2024
EthronicsPython Developer, Intern
Led five engineers and shipped two weeks early. Designed a 50-endpoint FastAPI service.
2023 — 24
Abel AutomationsAutomation Expert, Founder
Built Skillneta end to end. Automations that took 40% off client ops work.

05AI training

I train the models,
and build with them.

RLHF, SWE-Bench and Terminal-Bench style tasks, long-horizon agent work, and LangChain or LangGraph when it's time to ship something real. The terminal below is real, too: type help.

$ cat ~/experience/rlhf.md

> I compare model answers side by side and pick the better one

> every pick comes with a written reason, line by line

> Python and TypeScript; 500+ code samples reviewed at Turing

> the goal: models that write code people can trust
